Werdegang / Ausbildung: 
Mariana Jorge is a brazilian dancer with a Bachelor of Dance and a Master Degree in Scenic Arts at State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). Since 2010, she is a dancer and researcher in Grupo BPI (Bailarino-Pesquisador-Intérprete/Dancer-Researcher-Performer). The Method Dancer-Researcher-Performer (Método BPI) is based on a field research in Brazilian Culture that supports creation laboratories. The Performances stands on the frontier between dance and theater, making use of both body language and spoken texts, as well as of character construction. In this group has developing theoretical and practice studies that gives support for artistic process and public performances in several parts of Brazil, Argentina, Cuba, Germany and Switzerland.
